Who is Tim Tebow? What did he do? and what made him successful?

Tim Tebow is a christian that grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. He played many sports growing up but in high school his passion for football grew and led him to a scholarship to play with the university of florida for his college football career and then drafted to the NFL with the Denver Broncos. He played football extremely well and he would train for hours on end to become better. What made him successful was his deep passion for football and bettering himself. Even when he was in high school, he would train and work out whenever possible hoping to better himself on and off the field. He would go over plays, only eat healthy foods and train his heart out. He was a leader and through this pushed his team to be the best they could be in college. It was hard for his team mates to not work hard with Tebow around, his passion was contagious and many players would step up for him to show him and the coaches that they too were a valuable asset to the team. He was humble, as that is how his parents brought him up leading him to be a great role model and a very inspiring person to talk too. He wouldn't brag and he even said to the media that he was "saving himself for marriage" which is something that the media blew up huge because many football players don't have that kind of reputation. Overall though his passion was absolutely the leading cause for his success. He would stop at nothing to be the very best he could be. Whether it meant training in the early hours of the night, or the late hours of the day he would do whatever was necessary to make sure that he had it perfected.

I chose Tim Tebow because my dad and grandpa are huge football fans, Tebow is not an unknown name in our house even though Denver isn't the top pick for either of them. I thought why not get to know him better, I've heard of the work he has done with children in hospitals and how he has a charity event at the University of Florida so why not learn the thoughts behind everything and his intense training. Better to read it in an autobiography then in a newspaper or on TV. Reading through his book you learn just how religious Tebow is and how inspiring he is through his everyday actions. I think choosing tebow was a great choice. I've learnt  a lot from him.
